Advanced Track

The Advanced Track Program is your next initial step after the Business Development Training to provide you with more in-depth education and support that will help your business move forward and increase sales. The program is structured under three tiers, each building upon the other to provide you with practical skills that apply to your business.

>Tier One focuses on the planning and preparation phases of establishing your business and generating sales (This tier is offered in English and Spanish).

>Tier Two moves into developing systems and tools with a focus on increasing sales to cover business expenses.

>Tier Three looks at the continued growth of your business and helps you become a successful sole entrepreneur.

The Advanced Track is offered every quarter and each tier meets twice a month during the quarter for a total of 6 classes. Each class period is broken up into two sections: a business skills workshop and small group mentor lab. The business workshops focus on areas of marketing, sales, operations, finance, and entrepreneurial goal setting. Presentations are brought to you by experts in the field with small business backgrounds. During the last hour of class, clients are divided into small groups each equipped with a business mentor to apply skills learned in the workshop presentation and set short- and long-term goals for their businesses.
