Sarah Grey

Ventures - Assistant Store Manager

Sarah helps manage the day-to-day operations of Ventures, Washington C.A.S.H.'s retail store.  Sarah works collaboratively with Ventures staff, interns, and volunteers to create an inspiring, welcoming environment that shares the Washington C.A.S.H. story with visitors and customers, facilitates the sales of our client’s products, and helps our clients build and grow their businesses. Sarah was drawn to Washington C.A.S.H. and Ventures because of the unique opportunity to use both her social enterprise skills and her small business expertise to help Washington C.A.S.H. clients succeed.

Sarah brings more than 15 years of retail experience to Washington C.A.S.H, and is now in her 12th year as a social entrepreneur. Sarah's non-profit retail experience dates back to 2000, when she managed the Housing Works Bookstore Café, a  social enterprise focused on helping homeless men, women and children living with HIV and AIDS. Since then, she has managed non-profit retail operations for Teachers & Writers Collaborative and Discover Your Northwest.

Outside of Washington C.A.S.H., Sarah has her own small business as a jewelry designer. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and volunteering with other non-profit organizations.
