Rose Marcotte

Grants Manager

Rose Marcotte is Washington C.A.S.H.’s Grants Manager. Rose develops relationships with institutional donors to secure funding for Washington C.A.S.H. programs. As a proponent of independent, locally owned businesses, she is thrilled to join a team passionate about promoting small business ownership in the Puget Sound area.

Rose has more than a decade of experience working and volunteering with local and international progressive non-profit organizations, and she has extensive experience preparing grant proposals for a broad mix of funding sources. She holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Ethnic Studies from Central Washington University, as well as a Certificate in Marketing Management from the University of Washington.

When she is not in the office, Rose loves to hike in the mountains, play by the sea, and travel near and far.
