Ellie Maybee

Comptroller

Ellie manages the finance function of Washington CASH including budgeting, financial statements, payroll, payables, and receivables. She joined the organization because of the unique opportunity to utilize her skills in a way that will positively affect and help those who are trying to make a better life for themselves.

A graduate of the University of Southampton, Ellie began her career working for a large public accounting firm in London in 2002. She quickly became disillusioned with the corporate world and moved into non-profit audit at the largest non-profit accountancy firm in the UK, working with clients such as CAFOD, Liberty and Greenpeace UK. In 2007 she moved to the US and started her own accounting and taxation business, which handles a number of non-profit clients.

When she is not working at C.A.S.H., Ellie enjoys music and is currently on the hunt for a new piano. She also likes to spend time at the beach, watch football, and spend time with her husband.
