Beto Yarce
Latino Program Manager
With a successful career as a young entrepreneur, Beto Yarce was hired as the trainer for the Latino program CBBT (Community Based Business Training). In 2002, he received a bachelor of arts equivalent degree in International Business from the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico where he is originally from. While in college, Beto had the opportunity to intern at one of the top fiberglass manufacturers (Cydsa) in Jalisco. As a result of his hard work, he was hired and promoted twice; once as an assistant in the export & financial department, and again as an analyst in the same department. In this position Beto was challenged in his skills of communication, leadership, critical thinking, and organization. After his work with Cydsa, he has continued his success in his family’s business, Cintli, which offers a proud heritage of handcrafted jewelry for wholesale and retail sales. His dual passions for artistry and business have proved to be the perfect combination for this key business concept: do what you like. Beto’s values are reflected in the work he has done for Cintli Fine Mexican Jewelry in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. As the owner and lead designer he is committed to these two goals: promoting the growth of the business, and successfully marketing its creative image.
Beto is determined to find opportunities to challenge his professional abilities and desires. He is also dedicated to this personal philosophy: be a creative and visionary leader with the ability to strategize the best business plan to stretch the client’s potential. He brings great energy to the Latin community, and is working hard to make the CBBT program one that pays its benefits forward; educating other Latino entrepreneurs on prosperous business practices so that they may continue to have a positive impact on their own community. Beto is thrilled at the prospect of working in an environment that treats people with dignity and respect, values diversity as an essential part of doing business, and applies the highest quality of business practices to achieve fairness.
