Ruth Verhoff, Treasurer

Ruth Verhoff currently operates a small real estate management business.  She retired as President of Columbia Pacific Management, Inc. in June 2007, where she spent 14 years developing a career in real estate and related healthcare.  From 1993 to 2001, Ruth held various positions within the company, serving the roles of Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer prior to taking the position of President.  Columbia Pacific Management, Inc. had widely participated in the healthcare-senior housing industry internationally as well as nationally as an owner, developer and financier.  Prior to joining Columbia Pacific Management, Inc. Ruth worked for a local accounting firm organizing small businesses, preparing compilations, audits and tax filings.  She received a bachelor degree in accounting and finance from Central Washington University and is a Washington State certified public accountant.  She currently is pursuing her Executive Masters of Business Administration from Seattle University and intends on graduating spring of 2009.
